Mandy McCoy

Amanda (Mandy) earned her BS degree at Mississippi State University and has worked in consultative sales to the Architecture and Design community representing some of the most admired design brands over the past 23 years in both the US (Chicago, NYC, Memphis) and abroad (London & Scotland). Her passion is art, music, design of all kinds with particular interest in color, texture, & the human experience of thoughtfully designed spaces.
Deanna DeLeon
Skyline Glass Specialist
With 28 years of industry experience, Deanna started in contract furniture in the dealership world. Having built her understanding of decorative architectural glass working in-house at Skyline, she combines her specialized knowledge with a focus on functionality and aesthetics to help clients find the best solutions. Known for building trust-based relationships, Deanna excels in collaboration and problem-solving. Outside work, she enjoys zip-lining, hiking, and time with her dog, Roxy.

Laura has 30 years of experience owning and managing a successful hospitality business. Her ability to manage several projects with attention to detail and service-minded approach is an asset to the Redner Design Collective team, our partners, and clients.

With nearly 8 years of sales experience, Miles brings a younger perspective to the RDC team. Miles is adept at both client service and follow up. Having grown up with a father who is an architect, the transition to A+D sales is a perfect fit.
